New foreclosure prelists in Salt Lake County!
Over the holiday weekend, Bank of America assigned our humble real estate team two new foreclosure prelistings in Salt Lake County, and we're excited to share them with you! The first is a cozy, 2,388-square-feet split-level in Sandy located just east of downtown. Built in 1975, it offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We're currently fixing up the fully-finished basement so we can list it in the best possible condition. If that interests you, check out our foreclosure prelists page for a picture or, better yet, give us a call for the inside scoop!
The second new prelisting is a 1,254-square-feet townhome in Taylorsville, Utah. Located in a quiet, well-maintained community with convenient business and commuter access, this two-story was built 1984 and offers 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It is a row-end unit with an attached garage and plenty of privacy. We're currently securing the property so you can take a look for yourself as soon as possible! Check out the thumbnail on the foreclosure prelists page and feel free to give us a call if you have any questions. You can reach Shawn, our assistant, at 801-830-4252 or Julie, our lead broker here at Canyon View Real Estate, at 801-830-9292.
In other news, instead of holding sales meeting next week (boooring!), our team is heading down to the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) SLC Education Meeting to help out with their secret santa project! 'Tis the season for giving, and we find that when we give, we connect with others and help build our community. As far as we can tell, that's what being a Realtor is all about!
